I was skeptical, but thought it was worth a try. To my surprise, within a couple of minutes of starting to use the Top-Smile ultrasonic plaque remover, the plaque that had bothered me for ages, on my bottom front teeth, started to just crumble away! I kept going, on the plaque behind my teeth, unable to believe how awesome the little gadget was! I probably overdid it a bit, actually, as those teeth were rather sensitive for about a week, but I was so excited and couldn't believe how well it worked. I know now to do little bits at a time, instead of attacking the whole mouth in one hit. Highly recommend this little gadget. The mirror, and other attachments are great, too. I bought from another company first, thinking they'd all be the same, but that just vibrated and did absolutely nothing to the plaque. This one is actually ultrasonic, and is completely different. It's also great that it stops if I accidentally hit my gums (the competitor's one just kept vibrating, so hurt my gums).

I really wish I had taken a before photo of the back of my bottom teeth before I used this product! I was very sceptical about buying it but after seeing the photos in the reviews I had to try it and I was honestly blown away. I used the medium setting behind my bottom teeth to remove the tartar build up and it started breaking it away instantly, takes a little bit of time to get the hang of it and to remove it all but it is so worth it. I’ve recommended this to everyone I know!

I was sceptical at first, but after the 2nd day using the Ultrasonic Tooth Cleaner it has removed all the tartar from my front bottom teeth you can see I have gaps now lol, my teeth are looking whiter too!
I only wish I remembered to take before pics. Highly, Highly recommend!

I never write online reviews, but I've made an exception for this product.

Firstly, I have to add a disclaimer that I have relatively healthy teeth and gums, so I can't speak for those with teeth or gum issues. However, I'm genetically cursed with an unholy buildup of calculus (tartar), which needs pro cleanings every 3-6 months. My dentist tells me some people are just unlucky and have this issue. It's a problem because it builds up very quickly and the constant dental cleaning visits are not only inconvenient but expensive.

So with that said, it was with some level of skepticism that I purchased this product to help me remove the calculus at home. I didn't think for one minute it would be overly effective (since everything you read says it's impossible to remove at home). However, I started on gentle and I didn't think much was happening until I noticed a chunk of calculus dissolving before my eyes. From there I was in complete wonder as I removed all of the visible calculus from my front teeth. This device just melted it away, albeit slowly on gentle, and in 20 minutes I had scaled my teeth almost as well as the dentist and with far less bleeding. I didn't even have to increase the power level and my calculus buildup was quite severe.

My only disappointment is that I didn't take before and after photos.

If you're on the fence, and you suffer from ongoing calculus buildup like me, buy this product yesterday. It's an absolute game changer.
