How much is shipping?
- Express (2-4 days): $7.99
- Standard (5-8 days): FREE
Do you ship internationally?
- No, we exclusively ship within Australia & Singapore.
How do I track my package?
- You will receive a tracking email upon purchasing. If you haven't received that email after 48 hours of placing the order then email us at hello@top-smile.com
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
- It takes 24-48 hours for orders to be processed and around 3-5 days for orders to be delivered after dispatch.
- For Express Shipping orders (Australian customers only), it takes 2-3 days for orders to be delivered after dispatch.
Where are your products shipped from?
- All of our products are shipped directly from our local warehouse services in the Australia.
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please email hello@top-smile.com immediately if you noticed you entered the wrong address.
